With over 25 years of experience exclusively in Intellectual Property (IP), Siew Ling’s practice spans the full spectrum of IP matters, from creation, protection and litigation to enforcement of IP rights.

Siew Ling has conducted trials and argued appeals at the Court of Appeal and Federal Court where precedent setting cases in IP had been decided.
